Granola bars are one of things we probably just could not live without. At least for me. They're almost a food group in themselves.
Anyway... this podcast episode features five great kinds of granola bars that I've found to be excellent choices in both the nutrition and taste field (two very important things for choosing great vegetarian food).

Today's cast features a cool quiz I found at one of my favorite vegetarian resource sites, HappyCow.net. I thought it would be cool to share this little test which sees how much you know about vegetarianism and see what other listeners and readers get.
Check out the quiz here at HappyCow and the accompanying blog post at the VegLiving blog here.

This episode features ratings of the food, atmosphere, service, price range, etc. and some of the great dishes tried.

This one's for all of you who give soymilk that nasty reputation. I know, I know -- it's not the most common thing. But that doesn't mean it's gross. In this podcast, I'll debunk some of the myths and respond to some common thoughts about soymilk and what it's about.
I hope everyone's enjoying the podcast and do feel free to let me know what you think. Drop a comment, send me a tweet, or just drop me an email.
Yay for 488 subscribers! Hoping for 500 by tomorrow. It'd be so awesome for any listeners or just those stopping by here, if they like the podcast, to subscribe at iTunes or by RSS or email.

P.S. - Check out the accompanying post at the VegLiving Blog, where it's all at and where it all comes from. Here's the post on soymilk at the blog.
P.S.S. -- Two notes about the cast today. Sorry about the awkwardness and a few mess-ups. I need to work on my scripts. Oh, and I say "search soymilk on the blog" -- you might wanna search "silk" or something; the search at VegLiving is kinda odd sometimes.
